Crennel had previously said that Cassel would regain the job as soon as he was cleared for contact after suffering a concussion in Week 5. Cassel isn’t quite all the way back from injury yet, according to the coach.
Fantasy Impact: Quinn didn't exactly set the world on fire with his Week 6 performance, throwing for 180 yards and two interceptions with zero touchdowns against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Ultimately, it would be surprising if Cassel didn't regain his starting role, but the situation is worth keeping an eye on.
Regardless, neither quarterback can be considered a starting fantasy option at the moment, even in two-quarterback leagues. Unless you’re in an especially deep league, look elsewhere for production.
