The Miami Dolphins continue to surprise fantasy owners as one week they are Jekyl and the next week they are Hyde. In Week 4, rookie quarterback Ryan Tannehill threw for 431 yards, going 26-41 with one touchdown and two interceptions against the improved Cardinals defense. Tannehill's favorite target was wide receiver Brian Hartline, who received 19 targets, catching 12 passes for an absurd 253 yards and a touchdown, an 80 yard bomb in the fourth quarter. Coming into the game, Hartline had 13 receptions for 202 yards and no touchdowns.

Hitting the Bullseye
Roddy White, ATL
White had a breakout game on Sunday, catching eight balls on 12 targets, good for 169 yards receiving and 2 scores. White now has 27 receptions on 39 targets for 413 yards and three touchdowns. White is on pace for 160 targets this season, but I have a feeling that will be low, and he will see closer to 180-190 targets this season, and appears to be a shoe-in to catch more than 10 touchdown passed in 2012.
Marques Colston, NO
Another receiver having a breakout game on Sunday was New Orleans wide receiver Marques Colston. Colston knew that I sat him for 49ers tight end Vernon Davis on Sunday, so he knew the time was right to bust out with nine receptions on 13 targets for 153 yards receiving and his first touchdown of the season. Colston had been nursing a foot injury for the first three weeks of the season, but was declared 100% healthy for Week 4.
Anquan Boldin, BAL
Boldin was once one of the top wide receivers in the game going back a few years when he was teamed with Larry Fitzgerald on the Cardinals. Since signing with the Ravens, he hasn't been the focus of the offensive game plan, but that may change this season under the new look, pass-heavy offense in Baltimore. Boldin was targeted 12 times by quarterback Joe Flacco this week, good for 131 yards on nine receptions. For the season, Boldin has caught 19 balls for 249 yards and one touchdown, and has been targeted a total of 28 times through four games.
Missing the Mark
Percy Harvin, MIN
Harvin was targeted just six times by quarterback Christian Ponder, catching three passes for just 22 yards and no touchdowns. Through four games, Harvin has been targeted 38 times, catching 30 balls for 299 yards and no touchdowns. I wrote an article in the preseason telling you to avoid Harvin on draft day, as he won't score enough touchdowns to earn his draft day value.
