Fantasy Impact: With Darrius Heyward-Bey back, Moore will likely slide back into the No. 2 WR position. As a primary deep threat, his fantasy production is more boom-or-bust, making him a shaky start from week to week, but he has a good fantasy matchup against the Jaguars' poor defense.
Consider Moore a WR3 play this week, with decent upside if the Raiders can get their passing game going.
