Tennessee Titans QB Jake Locker (shoulder) has been officially ruled out for Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills. Locker was already ruled out earlier in the week, so this is just a formality. He will have missed three straight games since dislocating his non-throwing shoulder in Week 4.
Jake Locker injury update: Out again, zero fantasy value
Jake Locker has been ruled out for Week 7 against the Bills. We break down the fantasy implications.

Matt Hasselbeck will get the start again after leading the Titans to an upset win over the Steelers in Week 6.
Fantasy Impact: Locker did get in limited practice despite being ruled out, so he's on track to come back in Week 8 against the Indianapolis Colts. Despite Hasselbeck leading the team to victory last week, Mike Munchak has insisted that Locker will take the starting job back when he's healthy.
Hasselbeck remains a low-end QB2, even against Buffalo’s terrible defense.
