Chicago Bears WR Alshon Jeffery (hand) has been officially ruled out for Monday Night Football against the Detroit Lions.
Alshon Jeffery injury update: Ruled out, no fantasy value for a while
Alshon Jeffery has been ruled out for Week 7 against the Lions. We break down the fantasy implications.

Jeffery was already ruled out earlier in the week, so this news is just a formality. Jeffery suffered a broken hand in Week 5 and is expected to miss four to six weeks. Devin Hester will get the start in his place.
Jeffery has 14 catches for 184 yards and two TDs on the season.
Fantasy Impact: Week 9 is looking like the best-case scenario for Jeffery’s return, but realistically don’t expect him back until Week 10 or 11. He’s shown some promise this season, but is having the typical rookie struggles.
Jeffery should be valued in keeper/dynasty leagues, but single-season owners can probably drop him now.
