Brady Quinn will be the starting quarterback for the Chiefs in Week 8, according to Adam Teicher of the Kansas City Star. He’ll lead Kansas City’s struggling offense against the Raiders at home on Sunday.
Brady Quinn will start in Week 8, fantasy value remains low
Brady Quinn will be under center for the Chiefs this week. We break down the fantasy implications.

Matt Cassel has been recovering from a concussion, and he is expected to be the backup to Quinn this week.
Fantasy Impact: Kansas City fans who expected Quinn to be a huge upgrade over Cassel were sorely disappointed in Week 6. Quinn only threw for 180 yards and two picks as the offense put up just three points on the scoreboard.
The Raiders pass defense isn’t anything spectacular, but Quinn isn’t either. Fantasy owners shouldn’t bother with him at all.
