It was a tale of two halves for New York Jets Mark Sanchez in Week 7, but his better half drew praise from Rex Ryan, who told ESPN New York his beleaguered QB was "really outstanding in most of the game."
Mark Sanchez had much improved second half vs. Patriots - is he a fantasy option now?
Mark Sanchez was a different man in the second half against the Patriots. We break down the fantasy implications.

Sanchez had a miserable first half, with just 12-of-21 passes for 138 yards and probably the worst interception of the season. Things clicked after halftime, however, as he went 16-of-20 for 190 yards and a TD to force overtime.
Fantasy Impact: Of course, we all know what happened in OT -- Sanchez lost a fumble and the game. But hey, it’s the thought that counts, right?
The Sanchize may have won himself another week of starting, but there's still little reason to believe he'll be a viable fantasy option, certainly not against the Dolphins defense in Week 8. He belongs on benches or the waiver wire in shallower leagues.
