Bilal Powell and Joe McKnight will miss practice Thursday for the New York Jets, Rich Cimini of ESPN New York reports. Both running backs sat out practice Wednesday as well. Powell is dealing with a shoulder injury while McKnight recovers from an ankle issue.
Bilal Powell, Joe McKnight held out of practice yet again: Fantasy implications
Bilal Powell and Joe McKnight will sit out practice again for the New York Jets on Thursday. We break down the fantasy implications.

It is unclear whether McKnight or Powell will suit up for Week 8 against the Miami Dolphins. Shonn Greene is still expected to shoulder the workload out of the backfield regardless of the status of his backups.
Fantasy Impact: Powell was unable to practice last week either, so it's not surprising that he is still on the mend. McKnight took seven carries for 23 yards against the New England Patriots last weekend and didn't suffer any apparent setback on the field, however. In any case, both are limited fantasy-wise as long as they are behind Greene.
Jonathan Grimes will back up Greene if McKnight and Powell are inactive. A banged-up backfield could also mean more touches for Tim Tebow, though likely not enough to make him a relevant fantasy option.
