Peyton Hillis listed probable for Week 8, boosting fantasy value
Peyton Hillis is listed as probable for the Chiefs’ Week 8 matchup against the Raiders. We break down the fantasy implications.

In his last full game, Hillis had 11 carries for 66 yards and three receptions for 25 yards. He is expected to serve a complementary role behind Jamaal Charles going forward.
Fantasy Impact: Hillis should not be picked up in standard fantasy leagues unless he can prove that he will have a significant role in the Chiefs’ offense over the next few weeks. Charles has a strong grip on the running back spot at this point, despite rumblings in the beginning of the season that the two backs were in for a timeshare.
Hillis could steal goal-line carries in the short term, giving him some value in deeper fantasy leagues. More significantly, however, he could put a very negligible dent into Charles’ value.
