Jay Cutler is expected to start, per usual, when the Chicago Bears take on the Carolina Panthers on Sunday. Cutler suffered a ribs injury after taking a hard sack from Ndamukong Suh last week. He was limited in practice Wednesday, but was able to practice fully Thursday and Friday.
Jay Cutler injury update: Bears QB expected to start, fantasy value unchanged
Jay Cutler is expected to start Sunday when the Chicago Bears take on the Carolina Panthers despite an injury to his ribs. We break down the fantasy implications.

Cutler has thrown five touchdowns to just one interception over his last three games, compared to three touchdowns and six interceptions over his first three outings. He faces a Panthers defense that ranks 19th in the NFL, giving up 246 yards passing per game.
Fantasy Impact: Cutler has moved his way back into fantasy relevance in recent weeks, though he still shouldn't be considered a starter in standard formats. After throwing for 275 yards and 292 yards in Weeks 5 and 6, respectively, he threw for just 150 (4.8 YPA) against a beat-up Detroit Lions secondary.
Cutler is rosterable again as a backup quarterback, however, making him a viable option for those in need of stop-gap on a bye week.
