Daniel Thomas is expected to be active Sunday when the Miami Dolphins visit the New York Jets. Thomas missed Week 6 against the St. Louis Rams due to a concussion, but was able to pass testing and practice fully Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of this past week.
Daniel Thomas injury update: Will return from concussion, but fantasy value limited
Daniel Thomas (concussoin) is listed as probable, and is expected to play Sunday when the Miami Dolphins take on the New York Jets. We break down the fantasy implications.

Thomas may be limited, however, and will be wearing an oversized helmet to protect his head from further trauma. It is unclear whether he or Lamar Miller will be the first running back to see the field after Reggie Bush.
Fantasy Impact: Count on Thomas having very limited fantasy value this week. Bush is still the primary back out of the Dolphins’ backfield, and has consistently looked like the team’s best back in games. Miller may also see a bigger role than Thomas, especially if the coaching staff wants to limit Thomas’ touches.
Thomas has little value except in deeper leagues. There is nothing to justify moving him into your starting lineup in standard formats, at this point. His biggest fantasy impact is potentially as a detriment to Bush’s value near to goal line.
