New England Patriots TE Aaron Hernandez (ankle) has been officially ruled out for Sunday's annual London game against the St. Louis Rams. Hernandez had a setback in his recovery from a sprained ankle this week, as it didn't respond to treatment. He ultimately didn't make the flight to London with the team.

Fantasy Impact: There’s a possibility he came back too soon after suffering the sprain in Week 2, but the Patriots have a bye in Week 9, so this would give Hernandez two weeks to try getting back to 100%.
