Braylon Edwards (knee) was a surprise scratch for Seattle on Sunday, leaving the Seahawks with just four active receivers against the Lions. Edwards has been getting additional reps recently and was expected to carry more of the load with Doug Baldwin (ankle) already expected to miss the game, but that onus will fall even further down the depth chart.
Doug Baldwin, Braylon Edwards INACTIVE, fantasy value rises for other Seahawks
The surprise scratch of Edwards could raise the profile of some other Seattle receivers. We break down the fantasy implications.

Sidney Rice, Golden Tate, Ben Obomanu, and Charly Martin make up the Seattle receiving unit against Detroit. Edwards has eight catches for 74 yards on the season.
Fantasy Take: It may not seem like much, but the group gets especially thin with Edwards out. Rice is the only viable option in fantasy for Seattle at the moment, but Martin will be one to watch if he gets additional snaps as expected. The Seahawks have been using more four-receiver sets recently and Pete Carroll has said he wants to open up the offense for more passing, as Seattle is last in the NFL in pass attempts.
Tight ends Evan Moore, Zach Miller, and Anthony McCoy could also see more targets.
