Jared Cook plays less than 50 percent on offensive snaps, fantasy value down
Jared Cook was only targeted four times against the Colts. We break down the fantasy implications.

Tennessee seems to talk about getting Cook more involved in the game plan each week, but his playing time would clearly indicate otherwise.
Fantasy Impact: You can’t expect much out of Cook when he is see much time on the field. Pegged as a big sleeper before the season, Cook’s fantasy value continues to decline with his limited amount of action.
If Jake Locker returns to the starting lineup, Cook’s value still is relatively low until the Titans prove they can consistently get him involved in the offense each week.
