The Tennessee Titans have confirmed Monday, via Terry McCormick, that QB Jake Locker has a fracture in his non-throwing shoulder. This would explain why the team has been so hesitant to bring him back even with a previous timetable of Week 7. Locker left Week 4's game with what was thought to be a dislocated shoulder, but it's clearly more serious than that.
Jake Locker has fractured shoulder, putting fantasy value on the shelf for a while
The Titans revealed Monday that Jake Locker has a fracture in his non-throwing shoulder. We break down the fantasy implications.

Matt Hasselbeck was confirmed as the starter for Week 9 against the Bears.
Fantasy Impact: Sounds like Locker will be sitting on the shelf until at least Week 12 (the team has a Week 11 bye), assuming they don’t just shut him down for the year.
Fantasy owners can’t wait that long for him, not with the playoff races kicking in gear. Go ahead and drop him and stick with Hasselbeck for now.
