San Francisco 49ers WR Mario Manningham (shoulder) is officially active for Monday Night Football against the Arizona Cardinals. Manningham was a last-minute scratch against the Seahawks in Week 7 after banging up his shoulder in Week 6, but he got a full week of practice in and is ready to go.

Fantasy Impact: Manningham was coming on strong recently, getting nine targets against the Giants before going down with the injury. He should continue to emerge as Alex Smith's favorite target and is a fine WR3 fantasy play tonight, even against the Cards' talented defense.
