The Seattle Seahawks have admitted, per Danny O'Neil of the Seattle Times, that WR Doug Baldwin (ankle) is a "longshot" to play in Week 9 against the Minnesota Vikings. Baldwin suffered a high ankle sprain in Week 7 and was inactive against the Lions last Sunday. There is no timetable for his return.
Doug Baldwin ‘longshot’ to play in Week 9: Fantasy implications
The Seahawks say Doug Baldwin is a longshot to play against the Vikings. We break down the fantasy implications.

Baldwin has just 11 catches for 149 yards and one TD on the season.
Fantasy Impact: Pete Carroll is incredibly optimistic about injury reports, so when even he says something like this it’s pretty bad. Baldwin should be well off the fantasy radar at this point as he’s struggled to repeat his breakout rookie year.
There’s no telling when he’ll be back, so fantasy owners can safely drop him.
