Rod Streater has clearly established himself as the Oakland Raiders' No. 3 receiver, according to Steve Corkran of the Contra Costa Times. On Sunday against the Kansas City Chiefs, he played 32 snaps compared to four for Derek Hagan, and just one for fellow rookie (and fifth-round pick) Juron Criner.

Streater caught just one pass for nine yards Sunday despite the increased snaps. He has 14 receptions for 142 yards and one touchdown through seven games this season.
Fantasy Impact: While it’s encouraging to see Streater, signed as an undrafted free agent in April, take on a significant role within the Raiders’ offense, he shouldn’t be on your fantasy radar quite yet. His best game of the season came in the opener when he caught four passes for 27 yards and a touchdown.
Unless you're in a very deep league, Streater isn't worth targeting off waivers. With that said, if he is somehow in your lineup, he has a good matchup against a Tampa Bay Buccaneers secondary giving up 310 yards passing per game.
