Detroit Lions running back Mikel Leshoure missed practice Wednesday because of a personal day and is not injured, according to coach Jim Schwartz. The Lions coach said Leshoure will return on Thursday.
Mikel Leshoure misses practice, should return on Thursday: Fantasy implications.
Detroit Lions running back Mikel Leshoure did not practice on Wednesday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Leshoure was seen having his right leg examined by trainers during Sunday's win over Seattle and had most of his carries in the first half. Schwartz insisted on Sunday that Leshoure was not injured and was not being used because Joique Bell was playing well. Leshoure finished with 10 carries for 46 yards rushing, while Bell had seven carries for 25 yards rushing and four catches for 33 yards. The Lions face the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday.
Fantasy Impact: This may not be a big concern but the way Schwartz has handled it will raise questions. For now, there’s no reason to think Leshoure won’t be available.
Leshoure is a No. 2/3 fantasy running back in Week 9 against Jacksonville.
