Oakland Raiders running back Darren McFadden showed up on the injury report this week with a shoulder issue, but was able to practice in full and it does not appear he is in any danger of missing Week 9 against the Buccaneers. McFadden was also on the injury report last week, but did not miss any game time.
Darren McFadden injury update: Practicing in full, fantasy value remains steady
The Oakland running back is in no danger of missing the game. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Take: It’s been a very rough year for McFadden. After rushing for 5.4 yards per carry last season and then missing nine games with injury, he’s down to just 3.3 yards per carry this season. He has averaged less than three yards per carry in five of seven games and most of his yardage this year has come on a couple of very long runs.
Overall, it does not appear that either McFadden or the offensive line is doing very well. We can only hope that he is on the precipice of a breakout. Tampa Bay is third in the NFL in yards per carry allowed, but they’ve also given up six rushing touchdowns.
