Brandon Gibson caught three passes for just 33 yards on four targets Thursday night. Even with Danny Amendola out for the majority of the game, Gibson failed to make any strides in the passing game.
Brandon Gibson provides little fantasy value against Cardinals
Brandon Gibson didn’t make much of an impact in Week 5. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: It's tough to tell if Gibson will ever become a viable fantasy receiver. Amendola might miss a significant amount of time going forward, and if he does Sam Bradford will need a receiver to step up as his go-to target. Gibson caught a couple first-down passes, so we know he can at least be trusted when the Rams need someone to make a play. Check on Amendola's status going forward, and maybe consider keeping Gibson around on your bench until he can prove himself.
