Andre Brown left Sunday’s game between the Giants and the Browns in the first quarter due to a head injury. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: This is unfortunate news for Brown, who ran well in Week 2 and 3 with Ahmad Bradshaw out due to injury.
