Julian Edelman ruled inactive by Patriots: Fantasy implications
Julian Edelman is inactive for Sunday’s game between the New England Patriots and the Denver Broncos due to a hand injury. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: Wes Welker was already expected to see a lot of targets, but with Edelman and Aaron Hernandez out he should continue to be the Pats' top target underneath. Be sure to revisit Edelman's status next week, as he makes an intriguing option in PPR leagues if healthy. He was taking on an expanded role before hurting his hand, and there were rumblings that he could usurp Welker on the depth chart. At the very least, it never hurts to own another member of a prolific offense.
