Michael Turner had a solid day for the Falcons and a good day for fantasy owners, rushing 18 times for 67 yards and a TD in the Atlanta Falcons 24-17 win over the Washington Redskins. Turner also added two yards on two receptions.
Michael Turner finds end zone for fantasy owners
Michael Turner got 67 yards on the ground and found the end zone in the Atlanta Falcons 24-17 victory over the Washington Redskins. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: Turner didn't match his incredible Week 4 efficiency, when he averaged 7.9 yards per carry against the Panthers; but he did manage to find the end zone. Turner only averaged 3.7 yards per carry on Sunday, but his 13-yard touchdown late in the fourth quarter gave the Falcons the 24-17 lead and gave his fantasy owners some much needed points. His 18 carries were the most of his season as Atlanta has made their passing game their primary focus this season. Still though, Turner is an essential part of the Falcons offense and always stands a good chance of finding the end zone. Atlanta hosts the Oakland Raiders next week.
