Fantasy Impact: Brandon Marshall has started to heat up recently. He and Cutler have clearly rekindled some of their old magic. Marshall is becoming an elite fantasy football wide receiver, but Cutler’s inconsistency will hold him back throughout the season. Still, Cutler clearly trusts him more than any other receiver he has at his disposal.
