New England Patriots RB Stevan Ridley is still expected to be the starting back despite struggling with fumbles. According to Greg Bedard of the Boston Globe, Ridley has "more rope as the top dog" even after losing a fumble against the Broncos last Sunday. Ridley was benched at the end of the '11 season for the same issues.
Stevan Ridley still top fantasy option despite fumbling troubles
Stevan Ridley is not expected to be benched for his fumble against the Broncos. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: It's impossible to predict what Bill Bellichick's next move will be, but it sounds like Ridley will continue getting the majority of carries even with undrafted roookie Brandon Bolden behind him. Ridley rushed for 151 yards and a TD against the Broncos, and is now up to 490 yards and four TDs on the season. He's been a safe RB1 most weeks, but will have a tough test against the Seahawks' stout defense in Week 6.
