Giants vs. Bengals: Fantasy Football Projections featuring Eli Manning, Victor Cruz, A.J. Green

The NFC East leading New York Giants head to Cincinnati to play the struggling Bengals in a Week 10 matchup at Paul Brown Stadium this Sunday. The Bengals will have to start winning ASAP if they want to have any hope of making the playoffs while the Giants could potentially move four wins clear of everyone in their division with a victory. With that said, the game is certain to showcase the usual fantasy suspects.

Giants' quarterback Eli Manning has struggled to put up points in recent weeks after starting the season as one of the top fantasy players at his position. The two-time Super Bowl champion has thrown for less than 200 yards passing in three of the last four contests and has only managed a multi-touchdown output in one of those contests (Week 7 against Washington). In contrast, the Bengals' Andy Dalton came up just one yard shy of his fourth 300-yard passing game of the season against the Denver Broncos in Week 9. Although Dalton has shown he can put up touchdowns consistently this season, his seven touchdowns over the last four games go hand in hand with seven interceptions.

Don't attach the inconsistency exhibited by Dalton to his star wide receiver though, as A.J. Green continues his elite fantasy season. Green had seven catches for 99 yards and a touchdown against the Broncos last week and now has a touchdown in seven straight contests. On the other hand, the Giants' Victor Cruz has just seven catches and 90 yards in his last two games while failing to find the end zone. The Giants are known for slumping in the second half of the regular season, so it'll be crucial for Cruz and Manning to connect this weekend.

Getting the passing game going is important for both teams as they have each struggled at the running back position of late. Ahmad Bradshaw's has been held under 80 yards rushing and 100 total yards in each of his last three games. For the Bengals, BenJarvus Green-Ellis' touchdown last week represents his lone saving grace over his last five games as he failed to find pay dirt for a full month before that. Green-Ellis has yet to have a 100 yards rushing in a game this season and has only had more than 100 total yards once (105 total yards way back in Week 2 against the Cleveland Browns). To say the least the Giants will have the advantage in the backfield, as Bradshaw's foot injury appears to be good enough to allow him to practice.
