New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez (ankle) is listed as questionable for Week 10 against the Bills, but ESPN's Adam Schefter reported late Saturday that he is not expected to suit up on Sunday. The Patriots have activated backup Visanthe Shiancoe.
Aaron Hernandez injury update: Not expected to play, pull from fantasy lineups
The New England tight end had a setback and is not expected to play Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Hernandez has struggled with the sprained ankle all season, and he may have had another setback.
Fantasy Take: Huge bummer for fantasy owners, who were hoping that Hernandez could tee off against Buffalo’s miserable defense. The biggest concern is that his ankle is still not healed even coming off a bye, making us suspect it’s more serious than the team is letting on.
At any rate, pull him from your fantasy lineups ASAP.
