The New England Patriots host the Buffalo Bills in a Week 10 AFC East matchup. Given the weak defenses involved, this could turn into a shootout at Gillette Stadium. The Patriots are expected to win big, but even that opens the door for some potential garbage time fantasy points. Bills vs. Patriots: Fantasy football projections featuring Stevie Johnson, Aaron Hernandez, Stevan Ridley
We break down the pertinent fantasy projections for the Week 10 matchup between the Buffalo Bills and New England Patriots.

Buffalo Bills
The big injury question mark is wide receiver Stevie Johnson. He sat out Wednesday practice, and was limited on Thursday and Friday. As long as he is active, there is considerable upside for him. His QB, Ryan Fitzpatrick, can be incredibly inconsistent, but the passing options will be there against a weak Patriots secondary.
The Bills rushing game remains a tough one to figure out each weak. C.J. Spiller appeared set to permanently take the job from Fred Jackson, but then injured his shoulder, returning things to a time-share. Spiller has more upside than Jackson, but if the Bills can keep the game close, they might look to ground it out with Jackson a bit more.
New England Patriots
The Patriots will look to carve up the Bills defense at home, providing great value for most of the receiving options. As usual, the Patriots have half their roster listed as questionable, but the only remotely resembling a question mark would be Aaron Hernandez. He is expected to play, but keep an eye out for the injury report just to be safe.
Stevan Ridley is the big play in the rushing game against a Bills defense that is awful against the run. The Patriots have mixed and matched their running backs at times, which can raise some question marks, but he remains a safe play.
