The New York Jets host the Seattle Seahawks, in a game which looks to have the makes of a defensive battle. That could prove great for the Jets and Seahawks defenses, but not so much for the skill position players. Jets vs. Seahawks: Fantasy football projections featuring Marshawn Lynch, Russell Wilson, Shonn Greene
We break down the pertinent fantasy projections for the Week 10 matchup between the New York Jets and Seattle Seahawks.

New York Jets
The best option from the Jets really has to be Nick Folk. The Jets offense can't get much of anything going, which is bad for getting wins, but can be good for getting field goals. Shonn Greene is a decent flex option, and Dustin Keller is showing some progress, but otherwise, there is just not much happening with the Jets.
Seattle Seahawks
The Seahawks fantasy options revolve almost exclusively around Marshawn Lynch. Beast mode remains a quality RB1 and faces a potentially choice matchup against a rushing defense Football Outsiders ranks No. 19. Lynch is in full-on must-start mode.
Beyond that, Russell Wilson has not established enough consistency to become more than a spot starter. If you have Aaron Rodgers or Robert Griffin III he is an upside option because of his legs, but other than that he is not a viable starter.
