Houston Texans TE Owen Daniels (hip) is officially inactive for Sunday Night Football against the Chicago Bears, reports Nick Scurfield. Daniels suffered the injury earlier in the week, and while Gary Kubiak called it a "hip bruise" at first, he later called it a serious hip pointer and Daniels was in a lot of pain over the weekend.

Fantasy Impact: Hopefully the Yahoo! servers will stay up long enough for you to replace Daniels in your lineup. This is a huge loss for Matt Schaub, who has utilized Daniels as his top underneath target in the offense.
We’ll monitor Daniels’ status in practice to see if he’ll be ready to go next week.
