Fantasy Analysis: Cam Newton was a stud in his rookie year in 2011, lighting up the stat sheets and fantasy leagues. The Panthers QB is undergoing what is commonly referred to as “the sophomore slump,” and it has affected his fantasy value.
Newton is a good start week to week because of his ceiling and all-purpose ability. However, his inability to score touchdowns and manifest big plays this year is bothersome.
