Dallas Cowboys running back Felix Jones did not practice on Tuesday because of a knee injury, which could push Lance Dunbar into a starting role on Thursday against the Washington Redskins. Jones hurt his knee on Sunday against the Cleveland Browns and was limited in practice on Monday.
Felix Jones injury could force Lance Dunbar into starting role: Fantasy implications
Dallas Cowboys running back Lance Dunbar could start on Thursday because of a knee injury to Felix Jones. We break down the fantasy implications.

The Cowboys are expected to again be without DeMarco Murray (foot) and that would leave Dunbar and Phillip Tanner to take the snaps at running back if Jones is inactive.
Fantasy Impact: Jones salvaged a 43-yard effort on Sunday with a touchdown but he has been inconsistent for the Cowboys and fantasy owners since taking over for Murray. The short week won’t do Jones any favors but fantasy owners should wait and see what his status is on Wednesday before making a decision for Week 12.
If active, Jones should be considered a mid-to-low No. 2 fantasy running back. Dunbar would be a No. 3 running back or flex play if Jones doesn’t play.
