Detroit Lions wide receivers Ryan Broyles and Mike Thomas both saw extensive playing time on Thursday filling in for Titus Young. Broyles (via The Detroit Free Press) was on the field for 80 of Detroit's 89 offensive snaps in the overtime loss to the Houston Texans. Thomas, meanwhile, took 58.
Ryan Broyles, Mike Thomas see extensive playing time: Fantasy implications
Detroit Lions wide receivers Ryan Broyles and Mike Thomas both saw extensive playing time on Thursday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Broyles caught six passes for a career-high 126 yards, while Thomas had two catches, ran a 14-yard end-around and scored on a five-yard touchdown pass. Young missed the game because of “conduct detrimental to the team.”
Fantasy Impact: It’s not yet clear if this is just a one-week thing but Broyles and Thomas certainly played well enough to get more time on the field if Young is now in Detroit’s doghouse.
Broyles is probably worth owning in deeper leagues, along with keeper and dynasty formats. Thomas has less fantasy value but could turn into a flex play in 12 or 14-team leagues.
