Michael Vick improving, not yet ruled out for Week 12: Fantasy implications
Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick (concussion) is now in the second phase of his concussion recovery. We break down the fantasy implications.

Nick Foles started last week against the Washington Redskins and threw for 204 yards and two interceptions. Foles is expected to start on Monday against Carolina.
Fantasy Impact: No one expects Vick to start on Monday, especially with the direction Philadelphia’s season is headed. Foles wasn’t great in Week 11 and should not be considered a viable fantasy option this week.
Vick, even when he’s cleared to return, may not start again this season.
