C.J. Spiller is slated to start for the Buffalo Bills in Week 12 against the Indianapolis Colts. Spiller was a full participant in practice this week, despite being listed on the team's injury report with a shoulder injury.
C.J. Spiller injury update: Fantasy value high after being named Bills starter
C.J. Spiller was a full participant in practice this week, and is slated to start Sunday when the Bills take on the Colts. We break down the fantasy implications.

Bills head coach Chan Gailey named Spiller as the team's starting running back over Fred Jackson earlier this week. Jackson was cleared to play after sitting out last week's game with a concussion, but will serve a backup role against the Colts.
Fantasy Impact: Spiller is expected to take the lion’s share of touches out of the Bills’ offensive backfield, much to the relief of fantasy owners everywhere. He has arguably been the most effective running back in the NFL this season, but the coaching staff has, up to this point, insisted on using him in a timeshare.
Spiller is a fantasy starter with a bullet this week. The Colts’ defense is giving up 4.7 yards per carry on the year, and have allowed 11 rushing touchdowns.
