Jake Locker (shoulder) put in a full week of practice and is listed as probable to face the Jaguars. He is coming off a bye and is expected to start.
Jake Locker Injury Update: Ready to be a fantasy asset
Jake Locker comes off his bye and is ready to contribute.

Locker dislocated his shoulder twice which limits his stat to 903 yards on a 59.8 completion percentage with six touchdowns and two interceptions.
Fantasy Impact: Locker is fine and the only thing owners should be worried about is that he might injury his shoulder for a third time. The Washington Husky is coming off a two-TD game vs. Miami and he should have no problems carving up the Jacksonville secondary.
Locker should be viewed as a QB2 this week with plenty of upside since his receiving corps is probably the healthiest it has been all year.
