New Orleans Saints QB Drew Brees is having his usual monster game in Week 12, if not for a critical mistake against the 49ers. At halftime, Brees has completed 14-of-20 passes for 112 yards, two touchdowns and one interception.

Drew Brees is having a mostly solid day, but a pick six at the end of the half has soiled his fantasy value.

Brees’ only real mistake was a crucial pick six at the end of the half, as the Niners rallied to a 14-14 tie at the half.
Fantasy Impact: Brees is one of the few fantasy players that can be considered “matchup-proof”, and he is proving it so far, minus the one huge mistake. The game is still close, so i don’t expect the Saints to dial back on the pass game yet.
Brees is still an elite QB and is rewarding fantasy players so far.
