Wide receiver Anthony Armstrong signed on Monday with the Dallas Cowboys, a team looking for depth at the position following recent injuries to Miles Austin (hip) and Kevin Ogletree (concussion). Austin was injured in the first quarter of the Thanksgiving Day loss to the Washington Redskins and Ogletree didn't play in the game.
Anthony Armstrong signs with Cowboys: Fantasy implications
Wide receiver Anthony Armstrong has signed with the Dallas Cowboys. We break down the fantasy implications.

The injuries cleared the way for Cole Beasley and Dwayne Harris to combine for 11 catches and 139 yards against the Redskins. Beasley alone was targeted 13 times by Tony Romo. The Cowboys face the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 13.
Fantasy Impact: Austin’s status for Week 13 isn’t clear but it will be tough for him to play with a hip injury, even with the extra rest. The fact that the team signed Armstrong should be taken as a sign that he might not be able to play.
The player fantasy owners should target on the waiver wire is Beasley, who was given plenty of chances to make plays against Washington. Beasley is a low-end No. 2/No. 3 if Austin can’t play in Week 13. Harris would be a low-end flex play, while Armstrong has no fantasy value at this point.
