Philadelphia Eagles QB Michael Vick (concussion) is officially inactive for Monday Night Football against the Carolina Panthers. This news has come as no surprise, as Vick has already been ruled out earlier in the week, but he's progressing through his concussion tests and is expected to resume practice this week.
Michael Vick officially inactive for MNF, giving Nick Foles another fantasy chance
Michael Vick is inactive for Monday Night, giving rookie Nick Foles the start for a second straight game. We break down the fantasy implications.

Rookie Nick Foles will get the start for the second week in a row.
Fantasy Impact: With the season in a downward spiral and Andy Reid’s job on the line, the Eagles are at a crossroads here--either punt the season and see what you have in Foles, or put Vick back in to salvage Reid’s job.
At any rate, Foles has done nothing to merit fantasy consideration yet. Keep him on the wire until he proves he’s worthy of a roster stash.
