Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch was limited in practice on Wednesday with a back issue, though he has been listed with this injury dating back to at least 2011. Lynch has not missed a game this season but was inactive against the Cleveland Browns last season due to back spasms, so it remains possible that he could miss a week at some point.
Marshawn Lynch limited in practice, fantasy value should be unaffected
With a back issue that’s lingered for over a year, Lynch should be good to start on Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Lynch is coming off perhaps his worst performance of the season after rushing for 46 yards on 19 carries against the Miami Dolphins. That ended a run of four straight 100-yard games. Seattle faces the Bears in Week 13.
Fantasy Take: The back spasms shouldn’t be a concern for fantasy owners as Lynch has had limited practices all season due to the injury and Pete Carroll just wants to keep him healthy and rested. However, playing the Bears in Chicago could limit his value.
Still, he is unbenchable and should provide solid production. Just make sure he’s not a late scratch.
