Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick did not reach baseline on the Impact test he took on Wednesday and will likely miss Sunday's game against the Dallas Cowboys. Vick suffered a concussion in Week 10 against Dallas and has not played in either of Philadelphia's last two games.
Michael Vick still not cleared to return, no fantasy value for Week 13
Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick did not reach baseline on his Impact test and is not expected to play in Week 13. We break down the fantasy implications.

Nick Foles is expected to again start for the Eagles, who haven't won since Week 4. Vick has not practiced this week, leaving Foles to take all of first-team snaps.
Fantasy Impact: Vick may play again this season but it will be too late to help most fantasy owners. Foles is the quarterback everyone should expect to see the rest of the way, although he hasn’t looked great in his two starts.
Foles has some value in dynasty or keeper formats but neither player has much fantasy value for the rest of this season.
