Calvin Johnson named NFC Offensive Player of the Month: Fantasy implications
Detroit Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson on Thursday was named the NFC Offensive Player of the Month for November. We break down the fantasy implications.

Johnson and Barry Sanders are the only Detroit players to have ever been named Offensive Player of the Month. The Lions face the Indianapolis Colts in Week 13.
Fantasy Impact: Johnson’s numbers are tempered by the fact that the Lions are now 4-7 and secured just one win in November. Fantasy owners, however, aren’t worried about Detroit’s record and just want to Johnson to keep getting the ball.
Johnson continues to be the No. 1 wide receiver to have in fantasy football and that likely won’t change anytime soon.
