Brandon Weeden should have been listed as a full participant during Cleveland Browns practice Wednesday, head coach Pat Shurmur said Thursday. The rookie quarterback was listed as a limited participant with a concussion despite taking all of the team's first-team reps.
Brandon Weeden a full participant in practice despite concussion: Fantasy implications
Browns head coach Pat Shurmur said that Brandon Weeden should have been marked as a full participant in practice Wednesday after suffering a concussion last week. We break down the fantasy implications.

Shurmur's clarification solidifies Weeden's status as highly probable for Week 13 despite suffering a concussion late during last week's win over the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Fantasy Impact: Weeden shouldn't be limited at all Sunday against the Oakland Raiders, but he is still a long way away from fantasy relevance. He is completing just 55.9 percent of passes on the season, and has thrown 12 touchdowns to 13 interceptions. The Raiders' secondary is ripe for the picking, having given up a league-high 23 touchdowns passes this season, but Weeden's struggles make him a starter in two-quarterback leagues at best.
