Vincent Brown close to returning to the Chargers: Fantasy implications
Vincent Brown is running close to full speed, and may soon return to practice with the Chargers for the first time since mid-August. We break down the fantasy implications.

There is no word yet what kind of role Brown would take on in the offense if activated this season. He could immediately take over as the team's No. 3 wide receiver, with Robert Meachem seeing just two snaps in Week 12.
Fantasy Impact: Don't expect Brown to suddenly begin lighting up secondaries if/when he is able to return. He has a considerable amount of rust to shake off. He should be an immediate upgrade over the likes of Meachem and the oft-injured Eddie Royal, however. Brown could be worth a look in deep leagues, though he should probably be left on waivers in standard fantasy formats.
