Philadelphia Eagles running back LeSean McCoy and quarterback Michael Vick were both ruled out on Friday for Week 13. Each player was expected to miss Sunday's game against the Dallas Cowboys as neither have been cleared to return from concussions suffered earlier in the season.
LeSean McCoy, Michael Vick ruled out for Week 13: Fantasy implications
Philadelphia Eagles running back LeSean McCoy and quarterback Michael Vick have both been ruled out for Week 13. We break down the fantasy implications.

Nick Foles will again start in place of Vick, who suffered a concussion in the first half of the team's Week 10 loss to Dallas. Bryce Brown will remain the starting running back. He took over the job in Week 12 after McCoy was carted off the field late in a loss to Washington Redskins.
Fantasy Impact: This is what was expected and fantasy owners should have had time to adjust. Brown is the only player with any real fantasy value after his 178-yard, two-touchdown effort in Week 12 against the Carolina Panthers.
Brown should be considered a No. 2 fantasy running back this week. Foles should not be used in fantasy lineups.
