Donald Brown expected to play Thursday vs. Jaguars: Fantasy implications
Donald Brown is expected to play Thursday night when the Colts take on the Jaguars. We break down the fantasy implications.

There has not been an official word whether or not Brown will definitively play. He was unable to practice this week, and was limited last Sunday to just one reception for seven yards before leaving early during the Colts' win over the Miami Dolphins. Brown is dealing with a setback caused by unexpected swelling in his injured knee.
Fantasy Impact: Bear in mind that the report that Brown will play is based entirely on one sportswriter’s speculation, and not necessarily on anything sources close to the team have said. If Brown does suit up, it’s still unclear whether he will have a significant role within the offense.
Consider Vick Ballard the safer option if you need to start a Colts running back this week. At least we can say for sure that he is healthy. There is a chance for production against an iffy Jags defense, though Ballard shouldn’t be considered much more than an emergency Flex option in standard fantasy formats.
