Packers vs. Bears fantasy football projections: featuring Aaron Rodgers, Matt Forte and Brandon Marshall
We take a closer look at the fantasy numbers for this Sunday’s match up between the Packers and Bears

Aaron Rodgers has been a mild disappointment this year. He ranks just 11th in yards and only has 29 TDs, which is not what owners signed up for when they took him with their first-round pick. Rodgers was held in check against the Bears in Week 2 at Lambeau with only one TD and 219 yards. As bad as it may seem, his owners have no choice but to play him.
Jordy Nelson has been ruled out, so Greg Jennings and Randall Cobb will likely be Rodgers' favorite targets. Rodgers said Cobb is "always open" and he's going to be utilized quite a bit to keep Rodgers' progressions shorter to avoid several sacks. We'd strongly consider going with Cobb and Jennings this week.
Jay Cutler is dealing with a knee sprain, but he's expected to play. Cutler isn't really a great start this week, but a hurt Cutler will hinder the upside of Brandon Marshall. Marshall has been an absolute monster this year by leading the league in receptions and targets, coming in at third in receiving TDs and trails just Calvin Johnson in yards per game.
Matt Forte has been a featured back and his owners should have no worries about Michael Bush stealing anything outside of a goal-line carry.
