Jaguars. vs. Dolphins: Fantasy football projections featuring Montell Owens, Cecil Shorts and Reggie Bush
We break down the pertinent fantasy projections for the Week 15 matchup between the Jacksonville Jaguars and Miami Dolphins.

The Jags are going to get Cecil Shorts back on Sunday. Shorts was putting up WR2 value before suffering a concussion and owners should entertain him as a WR3 in PPR leagues. He was able to practice.
Montell Owens will see a featured load at tailback, so his owners should view him as a somewhat safe RB2. If your opponent flopped on Bryce Brown, going with someone like Owens might be the smart move.
The Dolphins on offense hasn't exactly been clicking and they've fallen to 27th in the league in points per game. Reggie Bush has been seeing the lion's share of the carries and he's coming off 17.5 touches per game in his last two contests. He should be viewed as a flex with some upside, especially in a PPR.
