Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III is officially inactive on Sunday against the Cleveland Browns, meaning that fellow rookie Kirk Cousins will start in his place. Griffin took a brutal hit to the knee in Week 14 against the Baltimore Ravens, which paved the way for Cousins to come in and lead Washington to a come-from-behind victory.
Robert Griffin III injury: Inactive in Week 15, fantasy owners must look elsewhere
As expected, RG3 will sit and Kirk Cousins will start. We break down the fantasy implications.

Griffin has completed 66.4 percent of his passes this season for 18 touchdowns and only 4 interceptions, while rushing for 748 yards and six touchdowns. Cousins is 7-of-11 for two touchdowns and two interceptions on the year.
Fantasy Take: This news was leaked on Saturday, but it is now official. Cousins might be an OK spot start if you had Griffin and were absolutely desperate, but the Browns are also playing well lately and Cousins is simply an unknown at this point.
Fantasy owners can only hope if they make it to championship week that RG3 is RG-Healthy.
